Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Processing: Responsible for processing financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, disbursements, and invoice processing.
  • General Ledger Management: Post debits and credits to the general ledger, create and maintain reports, and generate financial statements.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Accurately key data into database, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Word, and perform administrative tasks such as typing, word processing, and calendar management.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in financial operations or a related field, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Accounting Background: Must have a strong accounting background and excellent data entry skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have excellent attention to detail and numeric aptitude.
