We are seeking a Revenue Analyst who will oversee the invoicing of revenue for Kastle Systems International LLC and its subsidiaries. ResponsibilitiesManage the invoicing of all revenue activities, including recurring monthly revenue, Operations and Maintenance fees, time and material work orders, and fixed fee installation work orders. Collaborate with Kastle customer service and external clients to clarify invoice details and resolve billing inquiries. Establish recurring monthly billing templates based on change order notifications. Calculate billing escalations accurately. Process adjustments to customer invoices as necessary. Maintain an updated list of tax-exempt customers. Complete W-9 forms and respond to information requests from clients. Regularly document and revise accounting policies and procedures. Undertake special accounting projects as assigned. Reconcile general ledger accounts related to revenue. Upload invoices to third-party platforms. Process customer credit card transactions. Engage with government and other automated invoice processing systems. Provide assistance during the annual financial statement audit. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting. Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with experience handling large datasets in Excel. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with contract analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Process-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Customer service orientation for both internal and external clients. Capability to work independently.
