Kastle Systems is a leading provider of managed security solutions, serving over 460 million square feet of real estate globally. We're seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage revenue-related activities, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain recurring billing templates and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Calculate and process billing escalations, adjustments, and credits.
  • Manage tax-exempt customer lists and complete necessary documentation.
  • Support special accounting projects and reconcile revenue-related general ledger accounts.
  • Upload invoices to third-party platforms and process customer credit card payments.
  • Work with government and automated invoice processing systems.
  • Provide support for annual financial statement audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting, preferably in a revenue operations or billing role.
  • Excellent MS-Excel and Word skills, with experience working with large data sets.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with analyzing contracts and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Process-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
