Key Responsibilities- Requisition Development Process (RDP) Support: Assist in executing the RDP and RDP Communication Plan to ensure complete and comprehensive Procurement Requisition (PR) packages are developed.
- Acquisition Lifecycle Process Communication: Fully understand and comply with the Acquisition Lifecycle Process Communication Plan.
- Stakeholder Communication: Proactively facilitate communications between stakeholders, including federal services, TRICARE, and other agencies.
- Contracting Policy and Procedure Guidance: Advise Requiring Activities, P-COR, and COR on matters pertaining to contracting policies and procedures.
- Pre-Award and Post-Award Documentation: Assist in preparing pre-award and post-award documentation, including PWS, modifications, and contract closeouts.
- Market Research and Analysis: Provide data-driven metrics for internal spend, external spend, and DOD Inter-Service spend. Incorporate industry/commercial intelligence into Market Research products to identify market structure, leader, key competitive forces, and future direction.
- Government-wide Integrated Award Environment (IAE) Systems: Identify contract actions requiring IAE systems, review for errors, and track error corrections by contracting offices.
- RMIC Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the RMIC for the Acquisition Systems Division.
- Data Quality Review: Assist with data quality review for EDA/PDS, FPDS, eSRS, FSRS, FBO, FAPIIS, CBAR, Contract-Close-out, GFEBS IDOC Errors, and CPARS.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related field with exceptional knowledge or understanding in technical analyses, studies, or project planning and monitoring involving the design, development, or acquisition of systems and implementation of associated functional changes.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department's COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
