  • Oversee resource management, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to guarantee efficient project execution and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, including work orders, timelines, and client communications, ensuring precision and timely updates.
  • Track project advancement to ensure all HVAC systems comply with industry standards and meet client expectations, conducting inspections and collaborating with quality assurance teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or project coordination role within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including contemporary technologies and industry best practices.
  • Local candidates with a consistent work history in the region are preferred, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the market and client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
