Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client specifications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering open communication to provide project updates, address inquiries, and resolve any potential challenges.
  • Oversee resource management, including labor, materials, and equipment, to guarantee efficient project execution and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as work orders, schedules, and client communications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Track project progress to ensure all HVAC systems comply with industry standards and meet client expectations, conducting inspections and collaborating with quality control teams as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a service coordination, dispatching, or project coordination role within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including current technologies and industry best practices.
  • Local candidates with a stable work history in the Bay Area are preferred, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the regional market and client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
