Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a Junior Apparel Designer to enhance our creative team. In this position, you will work closely with experienced apparel designers to translate design ideas into tangible products, employing your skills in 3D design software to create mock-ups and implement necessary revisions. You will also support the development of technical specifications, CAD illustrations, print designs, and other related assignments as required.

Primary Duties:

  • Produce comprehensive 3D mock-ups of clothing designs based on initial sketches and guidance from senior designers.
  • Engage with the design team to refine and enhance designs as necessary.
  • Assist in the formulation of technical specifications, detailing materials, trims, and fittings.
  • Create CAD illustrations and contribute to the development of print designs.
  • Keep abreast of current fashion trends and integrate them into design proposals.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail throughout the design and production phases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expertise in 3D design software (e.g., CLO 3D, Browzwear) is crucial.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong foundation in textiles, trims, and principles of fashion design.
  • Enthusiasm for crafting innovative and trend-setting apparel designs.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related discipline.
