Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with customers in service areas and on the sales floor to guarantee a remarkable shopping experience.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor by arranging and displaying merchandise according to H&M standards.
  • Efficiently receive, unpack, and label incoming merchandise.
  • Restock and replenish garments in both the sales area and storage room.
  • Process customer transactions, issue receipts, and promote the H&M Loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
