Job Summary

The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients. This role involves analyzing financial data, structuring credit transactions, and performing ongoing credit management. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to generate revenue and make independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities through referrals, business calls, and community involvement.

* Analyze customers' financial data and structure credit transactions.

* Perform ongoing credit management and servicing of existing customer relationships.

* Pursue repayment of loans and contact customers with past due or overdrawn accounts.

* Identify and report problem loans to management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

* 2+ years of banking, finance, or sales-related experience.

* 6+ months of credit analysis experience.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
