Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager II to join our Healthcare Business Banking organization in the Northern Indianapolis Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and expand client relationships, resulting in revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and implement client solutions, leveraging reporting and sales tools to drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, sales, and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
