About the Role

Clinical Architecture is seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in Carmel, IN. As a key member of our support team, you will engage with customers and clients to provide exceptional support and enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality support.
  • Become a product expert through training and support from our internal teams.
  • Educate clients on product features and enhancements using virtual technology.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify areas for improvement to optimize software performance and customer return on investment.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to broaden customer knowledge of best practices and their application to customer implementations.
  • Document and share customer utilization and product performance with internal team members to enhance overall product, services, and sales performance.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable items and efficiently respond to inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS, software support, or client success.
  • Previous data analysis, analytics, and/or informatics experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare/Healthcare Terminology knowledge or experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
