Job Title: Client Success and Reporting Specialist

Tokio Marine HCC is a leading provider of specialty insurance solutions, with a global presence and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success and Reporting Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Client Success and Reporting Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of new and modified processes and functionality. This individual will be responsible for identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and requirements, as well as providing daily and monthly reporting, queries, and data to the OT team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside subject matter experts in a team environment to develop and implement short-term plans to improve business processes and workflows for designated areas.
  • Provide various administrative functions as needed, including data entry, reporting, and queries.
  • Prepare written and verbal presentations to educate and inform on area of responsibility.
  • Provide support to gather and document requirements from business team members.
  • Coordinate and implement projects working closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions and develop relevant and insightful recommendations with data and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience with Excel and reporting functionalities.
  • Data entry and workflow experience.
  • Implementation or account management experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven administration and customer service skills.
  • Skill and ability to read and understand reports, contracts, and other insurance-related materials.
