Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team in creating compelling visual communications that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and creatives to produce high-quality design work.
  • Develop and maintain a strong design vision and aesthetic for the company.
  • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Work closely with the Executive Creative Director and other senior leaders to establish project roadmaps and timelines.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance traditional workflows.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
  • Relevant portfolio showcasing brand identity, illustration, design for motion, and integrated campaign identity or visual centers.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to generate multiple, unique directions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and present creative work.
  • Ability to work proficiently in a highly collaborative environment and balance multiple projects.
  • Proven expertise in design software and tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
