Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of Behavioral Health staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a behavioral health setting.
  • Washington State Department of Health Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
