Key Responsibilities- HR Generalist Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding new employees, managing HR workflows, facilitating employee moves, and maintaining HR records.
- Event Management: Plan and execute HR-related events, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Compliance Tasks: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, and applicant flow records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar scheduling, travel and expense reporting, and preparing meeting presentations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months or Master's degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history.
- Experience: Prior internship or office experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Pay Rate Changes: Process pay rate changes for employees.
- Supervisor Changes: Update employee records and notify relevant parties of supervisor changes.
- Open Requisitions: Manage open job requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Job Descriptions: Format job descriptions with salary ranges and send to Talent Acquisition.
- Seating: Coordinate seating arrangements for new hires.
- Badging Information: Manage badging information for new hires.
- I-9 Verifications: Verify I-9 documents for new hires.
- Onboarding Documents: Create and save onboarding documents to employee files.
- Termination Tickets: Submit termination tickets to BEST.
- Termination Workflow: Complete termination workflow.
- Cancel MiFi: Cancel MiFi for field employees.
- Carol System Updates: Own Carol system updates for All Players, Development Plans, etc.
- Year-End Data Audit: Help COEI team with year-end data audit, running dashboards, etc.
- Org Charts: Maintain org charts in OneProfile.
- Employee Files: Maintain employee files.
- Calendar Support: Help with calendar scheduling and maintenance.
- Meeting Notes: Own staff agenda and meeting notes.
- Logistics: Coordinate and manage logistics for team meetings and outings.
- Audits: Organize audits as needed, including employee files, non-competes, etc.
- Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders.
- Newsletter: Provide information to Stacey for newsletter (new hires, transfers, promos).
- Quarterly Calls: Participate in quarterly calls with Finance on MyMarket.
