Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team within Citigroup Inc. This individual will be part of the Life Sciences Group, focusing on the Healthcare vertical.
Key Responsibilities- Originate new business opportunities by identifying target clients, developing account plans, and executing transactions.
- Maintain strong sales and self-origination disciplines, including direct calling, professional network referrals, and sector influencer referrals.
- Establish a deep understanding of clients' and prospects' banking and financing needs, leveraging Citi's global offering across International Cash Management, Capital Markets, FX Risk Mitigation, International Trade, and Working Capital Management solutions.
- Manage key client stakeholder relationships and bring the 'whole bank' to the client to ensure exceptional client service.
- Develop and maintain strong ties with Citi's Commercial Banking teams across the global network, particularly in the Healthcare sector vertical.
- Represent Citi across the Healthcare sector, establishing a sales and marketing plan, attending events, and leading on social media activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies and guidelines at all times.
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking/Commercial Banking, preferably in the Healthcare vertical.
- Sound knowledge of commercial banking products.
- Proven track record in originating new relationships and acquiring new business.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Formal credit training preferred.
- Experience working with different capital structures and capital markets teams preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Must be able to secure and/or maintain licenses SIE, 79, and 63.
