Make a Difference

As an analyst or associate (depending on experience) within the Bridge Renewable Energy investments team, you will actively participate in all phases of the deal process, including origination, underwriting, financing, and execution. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to perform due diligence, conduct intricate financial analyses, and assist in the creation of transaction memoranda. This role is hands-on and offers you the chance to significantly influence a growing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the deal team to spearhead the assessment, structuring, and execution of transactions centered on renewable energy infrastructure (solar, energy storage, EV charging, etc.).
  • Develop and manage project-level financial models for investment evaluation and risk analysis.
  • Support the deal team in platform financing and capital acquisition.
  • Assist in coordinating portfolio-level due diligence.
  • Draft investment memorandums and prepare presentations summarizing essential findings from both internal and external sources.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an investment banking or project finance environment; preference for experience related to structured finance and/or renewable energy is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record in developing and utilizing complex financial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation

The compensation for this position ranges from $145,000 to $150,000, plus a bonus.
