Role Overview
As an analyst or associate (depending on experience) in the Bridge Renewable Energy investments team, you will play a pivotal role in leading all phases of the transaction process, from origination and underwriting to financing and execution. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to perform due diligence, conduct intricate financial analyses, and assist in preparing transaction memoranda. This hands-on position will enable you to make a substantial impact on a burgeoning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the deal team to spearhead the assessment, structuring, and execution of transactions focused on renewable energy infrastructure (solar, energy storage, EV charging, etc.).
- Develop and manage project-level financial models for investment evaluation and risk analysis.
- Support the deal team in platform financing and capital acquisition.
- Assist in coordinating portfolio-level due diligence.
- Draft investment memorandums and create presentations summarizing key insights from both internal and external sources.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an investment banking or project finance environment; preference for experience related to structured finance and/or renewable energy is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in developing and utilizing complex financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
The compensation for this position ranges from $145,000 to $150,000, plus a bonus structure.
