Insight Investment Trading Systems Support Analyst

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver user-centric assistance across all sectors of the Insight Investment operations.
  • Assess and prioritize challenges based on their potential impact on business continuity.
  • Formulate lasting resolutions for recurring issues.
  • Take ownership of reported concerns from initial notification through to resolution.
  • Provide timely updates to users and document solutions in our ServiceNow platform.
  • Escalate matters that may pose financial or reputational risks.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements in workflows and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Portfolio Management and custom investment software.
  • Familiarity with fixed income instruments and derivatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various asset classes and their analytics.
  • Proficient SQL skills with the capability to troubleshoot scripts.
  • Experience with CADIS, Control-M, and programming languages/tools such as Python and Tableau.
  • We are an equal opportunity employer offering a competitive salary range of USD $170,000 to $200,000 plus bonuses.
  • Compensation will be determined based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
