Sales Enablement Specialist

At Ensono, we're committed to empowering our clients to achieve their business goals. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Ensono's business goals and sales objectives.
  • Support the development and delivery of training and onboarding programs for our sales team.
  • Leverage our enablement and sales tools suite to enhance field development and accelerate productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and measure the impact of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a high-performing sales organization in sales enablement.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and enablement and conversation intelligence tools.
