About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of retail accounts, driving top-line sales, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a territory of retail accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe's, ACE, True Value, and Tractor Supply.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top-line sales and meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute local territory activations to drive sales and gain market share.
  • Partner with retail service partners to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and drive corrective actions.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to analyze data and identify sales gaps, creating sales plans to close sales gaps.
  • Drive effective inventory management and retailer-specific order writing with retail partners.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with professional end-users through product and services solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and being on feet for several hours a day.
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
  • Goal-oriented and highly driven to provide results that grow, develop, and drive strong quarterly and annual sales results.
  • Possess an understanding and knowledge of IT business systems and Microsoft applications.
