Executive Chef for Farm-to-Table Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at The Dish Room, a renowned farm-to-table restaurant in Colorado.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
Job DescriptionAs an Executive Chef, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes, assisting with banquet and catering services, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Duties:
- Develop and execute menus that showcase the freshest ingredients from local farmers and suppliers
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and menus
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and plating
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
