About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Engineer in Training. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become a certified HERS Rater and perform Home Energy Audits in accordance with RESNET Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Home Energy Audits, including visual inspections, data collection, and equipment testing
  • Prepare electronic written reports of audit findings
  • Effectively communicate with clients throughout the process
  • Maintain equipment in accordance with company policy and manufacturer's specifications
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • HERS Rater, BPI, NATE certification is helpful
  • 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful
