Field Engineer in Training

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Engineer in Training. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become a certified HERS Rater and perform Home Energy Audits in accordance with RESNET Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Home Energy Audits, including visual inspections, data collection, and equipment testing
- Prepare electronic written reports of audit findings
- Effectively communicate with clients throughout the process
- Maintain equipment in accordance with company policy and manufacturer's specifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- HERS Rater, BPI, NATE certification is helpful
- 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful
- Company-issued Gas Card, Toll Pass, & Vehicle Maintenance Allowance
- Company-issued Uniforms, iPhone/iPad, Field Equipment/Tools/PPE
