Job Summary

Stantec is seeking a skilled Environmental Engineer to provide support on various environmental and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in environmental consulting and a strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, document, and interpret project data for management review and incorporation into project documents.
  • Conduct field work, including soil and groundwater sampling.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and reports, including engineering calculations and regulatory compliance reports.
  • Participate in a variety of civil and environmental engineering assignments, including environmental permitting, remediation, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in environmental consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
