- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and communicative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery in the government or commercial healthcare industry.
- Leadership Experience: Experience as a Product Management leader, leading multiple teams on large or complex projects.
- Product Management Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the product management discipline and best practices, including Agile methodologies and lean process management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- SAFe Certifications: SAFe PO/PM Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or Leading SAFe certifications.
- Analytics and Data: Experience with analytics, data pipelines, and/or DevSecOps processes and tools.
