About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through the sale of Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans to drive value realization and sales excellence for our largest customers in the High Tech industry.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and CDOs, to align business use cases and measurable outputs.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers to align offerings with their vision, addressing specific business challenges and measurable impact.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, and understanding of macro-economic trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Problem-Solving: Excel as a resilient and innovative problem solver, leading teams through the resolution of ambitious and sophisticated digital marketing challenges with tangible, value-driven results.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with Adobe's entire Ecosystem and Partner network to drive account strategy and resulting measurable outcomes.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage sophisticated sales processes, coordinating with legal, deal desk, product marketing, product support & engineering, and other Adobe teams.
  • Value Realization: Identify and lead collaboration with external 3rd parties, including tech partners and system integrators, to drive value realization and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations.
  • Value Realization Methodologies: Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of experience with Value Realization methodologies, with primary focus on driving Value conversations across large enterprise organizations.
  • Team Player: Team player, adept at partnering effectively in a team environment, inclusive of other Adobe teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the High Tech space.
  • Sales Excellence: Demonstrated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving mindset.
Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $237,200 -- $350,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
