About the Role

Braze is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid to large enterprise companies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Alliances/Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal
  • Research accounts, develop a point of view on the value of Braze's technology, and prioritize accounts across a territory to maximize bookings
  • Navigate large organizations, identify decision-makers, and understand the decision-making process for large SaaS investments
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and demonstrate ability to quickly come up to speed on new cloud apps and tools
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of acquiring net-new business and expanding commercial relationships
  • Experience working with mid to large enterprise companies (2,000+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of current application trends in mobile and marketing technology
  • Ability to research accounts, develop a point of view on the value of Braze's technology, and prioritize accounts across a territory to maximize bookings
  • Demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both personally and in collaboration with BDRs and Marketing partners
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify decision-makers and the decision-making process for large SaaS investments
  • Familiarity with Force Management's sales training, Command of the Message, and MEDDPICC
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience with CRM software and ability to quickly come up to speed on new cloud apps and tools
