We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Services to oversee all General Management and Program Management across our locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of service excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations at all locations, developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and execution of client programs and services, monitoring program performance and implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster a client-centric culture across all locations, ensuring all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of successful program management and operational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations, 30-40% travel required.
