Director of Business Operations

SCRAM of California is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Services to oversee all General Management and Program Management across our locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of service excellence for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations at all SCRAM of CA | NV | AZ | HI | ID locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and execution of client programs and services.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster a client-centric culture across all locations.
- Ensure all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and address training and development needs for staff.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successful program management and operational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations, 30-40% travel required.
