About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the lease administration team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in portfolio administration, daily operations, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and lead recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate and manage team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Manage the production of timely and accurate client reports and services, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, build and communicate standard processes, and provide training to the team.
  • Establish a forum for ongoing review and refinement of business methods, oversee audit and implementation SWAT teams, and prepare detailed correspondence for clients.
  • Review complex leased and owned portfolios to identify risk, audit, accuracy, and value, communicate directly with key partners on account status, and review the quality of work produced by team members.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of RFPs to existing and potential clients, meet with large and high-profile clients to review services, propose additional services, and obtain updates.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own field, and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives, lead by example, and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity, understand and recognize the broader impact across the department, and improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job subject area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job fields, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, extensive organizational skills, and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
  • Intermediate math skills, ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $160,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
