Job Overview

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Administrator to join our team at Hometowne on Bellfort. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with various duties, including leasing, accounting, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager with file maintenance and protection.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the OneSite rent-roll accounting system and perform tasks as needed.
  • Provide back-up support for the Leasing Associate and perform duties as described in the Company job description.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalency with basic office administration and mathematics skills.
  • Experience with LIHTC and OneSite is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
