This position is part of the Lease Administration team, responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and lead recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate and manage team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department goal dates, mentor, and coach as needed.
  • Manage the production of timely and accurate client reports and services, serving as the point of contact for all client relationship aspects.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, build and communicate standard processes, and provide training for the team.
  • Establish a forum for ongoing review and refinement of business methods, oversee audit and implementation SWAT teams, and prepare detailed correspondence for clients.
  • Review complex leased and owned portfolios to identify risk, audit accuracy, and value, communicate directly with key partners on account status, and review the quality of work produced by lease administration team members.
  • Participate in RFP preparation and delivery to existing and potential clients, meet with large and high-profile clients to review services, propose additional services, and obtain updates.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own field, and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives, lead by example, and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity, understand and recognize the broader impact across the department, and improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job subject area.
Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job fields, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
  • Intermediate math skills, ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
