Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting property conditions and ensuring standards of cleanliness are met

  • Staying knowledgeable about current market and competitor conditions
Requirements
  • Experience in related fields preferred; high school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Demonstrable experience as a Leasing Manager, 2+ years' experience; HUD/LIHTC experience a plus
  • Maintaining a professional image and courteous manners with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow team members
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills; solid mathematical skills highly desired
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Killer time management skills and management and organizational abilities
  • Strong customer service direction and presenting a positive and professional image
  • Willingness to work harmoniously with other staff, vendors, contractors, and residents
  • Ability to professionally engage and seal the deal
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Property Management Software database experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Background and credit check, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification required
