  • Develop and implement resident retention strategies to ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor properties to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure the professional appearance of our office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to calculate figures, discounts, and percentages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with residents, prospects, and colleagues. You will be exposed to outside weather conditions and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
