Job Summary

Pyramid Healthcare's Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ provides a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women in search of meaningful, long-term recovery.

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office of the facility, overseeing medical records filing, and performing basic clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office of the facility.
  • Oversee medical records filing, transcription, transfer of records.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
  • Assemble client packets and keep them updated.
  • Assist with intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain office equipment and correspond with vendors when maintenance is required.
  • Responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
  • Complete all reports.
  • Maintain policy and procedure book.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience.
  • Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to multi-task.
