Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, set appointments, and direct calls to ensure seamless communication with customers and team members.
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file documents in a timely and organized manner.
- Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions, either physical or electronic.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software, to efficiently complete administrative tasks.
