Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at ECC Roofing & Siding. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, setting appointments, directing calls, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information to customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, set appointments, and direct calls to ensure seamless communication with customers and team members.
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file documents in a timely and organized manner.
  • Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions, either physical or electronic.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software, to efficiently complete administrative tasks.
