Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the intake process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients into our program.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, utilizing verbal and written communication logs to document client interactions.
  • Coordinate activities, including lectures, recreation, and meetings, to promote a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Conduct mandatory bed checks, maintaining accurate records and reporting shift changes.
  • Participate in shift change, team, and company meetings, fostering a collaborative and informed team dynamic.
  • Assist with interventions, adhering to treatment plans and objectives.
  • Monitor the medication line, ensuring accurate administration and documentation.
  • Transport clients to meetings and recreation activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Conduct searches of clients upon return to the facility, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu procedures, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the facility, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Assist clients in obtaining a sponsor, supporting their recovery journey.
