- Reservations and Ticketing: Handle all aspects of reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, passenger boarding, and baggage service.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers as forms of payment for tickets.
- Flight Operations: Communicate with customers when a flight has been delayed or canceled and work to re-accommodate them according to company policy.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work efficiently under time constraints, and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: May include working outside on an aircraft ramp in various temperatures and conditions, and exposure to loud noise from aircraft.
- Competitive Pay: From $19.00 per hour.
