Key Responsibilities
  • Verify pick up and deliveries, dispatching drivers, and ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Provide professional correspondence, including phone and email communication, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Anticipate and solve problems, staying ahead of the curve to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and software, including Adobe Acrobat.
  • Resourceful and flexible, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
