Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the Director of Large Enterprise Product Segment. This role will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our Large Enterprise product segment, including owning and driving a strong P&L. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching successful products in the Large Enterprise segment and will be able to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and clearly articulate the rationale behind decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the total accountability for the success and growth of the Large Enterprise product segment, including owning and driving a strong P&L.
  2. Collaborate with product teams, sales, marketing, service delivery, and other key ecosystem partners to develop requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive best-in-class product experience for customers.
  3. Responsible for product solution creation and collaborating with cross-functional partners like GTM teams on how to "productize" the solution.
  4. Work closely with the VP Product Segments to keep all key stakeholders aligned.
  5. Define, monitor, and improve all key product segments metrics, including but not limited to adoption, customer net promoter score (NPS), volume of leads, and more.
  6. Prioritize the product roadmap for the LE segment in line with market research, customer feedback, and ecosystem partners' capacity.
  7. Lead the identification of and capitalization on emerging opportunities within the LE segment, fostering innovation to maintain a competitive edge and drive future revenue growth.
  8. Ensure clear communication between the Large Enterprise segment and GTM & Business Operations functions for seamless working relationships.
  9. Identify revenue growth opportunities within the segment and communicate potential overlap in opportunities with other segment leaders to drive alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of leadership or experience in a large-scale product and/or segment leadership role in the Large Enterprise product segment.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in LE through a blend of technical, creative, business, and marketing skills.
  • Superior communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and clearly articulate the rationale behind decisions.
  • Experience and familiarity with SASE, Dark Fiber, Colo VPN, Enterprise Broadband, VoIP, Lumen Digital, M&P, and UCC products as they relate to LE.
  • Experience as a general manager.
