Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Program Management Office

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned company portfolio programs and projects, ensuring successful, timely, and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify and resolve or escalate areas of concern regarding deadlines, resource allocation, budget, or other risks to a successful program/project outcome.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure accountability across all levels of internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Oversee creation and daily management of plans and resource allocation for EPMO initiatives.
  • Monitor completion of program/project deliverables, track deadlines, and resolve or escalate concerns around deadlines, resource allocation, scope, cost, etc.
  • Provide ongoing tracking and measurement of progress, creating and delivering metrics and progress reports to stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Support the Director of Program Management in driving continuous improvement in program delivery methodology, using Lean-Agile methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure support for successful delivery of programs/projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related certifications in a business or program/project management field preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management or equivalent experience with demonstrated success.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams to successfully deliver within specified timescales and budgets.
  • Ability to deal with major change and ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the organization's market and strategic objectives is highly desirable.
  • PMP from the Project Management Institute and/or SAFe certification is desirable.
