Job Title: Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team at The LaSalle Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the entire order processing lifecycle, from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular reporting on areas of responsibility, including forecast inventory based on sales history, current trends, and open opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Regularly provide inventory forecasting, obtain quotes, place POs, and manage reconciliation with accounts payable.
  • Manage logistical activities, including special delivery requests and needs at the destination.
Requirements:
  • Advanced analytical aptitude in Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Industrial Technology, or any other related field is preferred.
