We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Senior Care Professional to join our team at Radford Green at Sedgebrook. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and work collaboratively with our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent living
- Identify and respond to resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans as needed
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs
- Deliver nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards
- Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive resident support
- Current nursing license valid in state
- Availability for emergency situations
