Butcher Specialist

At Meatex Trading Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Butcher to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our red meat and poultry products to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the quality and consistency of our meat products
• Developing and implementing new butchery techniques and processes
• Collaborating with our production team to meet customer demands
• Providing expert advice on meat quality and cooking methods to customers
• Assisting with customer inquiries and orders
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a butcher
• Strong knowledge of meat quality and grading
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
