Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a serving role
  • Successful completion of TIPs training and familiarity with order and payment systems
  • The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to specified weights
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Conduct regular inventories and reconcile beverage stock
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
  • Foster professional relationships and maintain open communication with team members and management
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports related to food and beverage operations
