Front Office Supervisor Job Description

Colwen Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction, while maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Front Office Operations: Assist in the management of the front office, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control front office expenses, ensuring that they are within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
  • Experience: Previous front office experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with hotel software and systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
