Key Responsibilities- Initiate patient visits and coordinate appointments
- Collect payments and update patient information on our computer system
- Provide courteous and efficient telephone access to clinic services
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year experience in the medical or business/office field or equivalent education and training/certification preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
