Position Overview:

As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team with a focus on enhancing their skills.
  • Managing campaigns and collaborating with leaders across various functions.
  • Producing high-quality content and maintaining a portfolio of your work, which includes writing responsibilities.
  • Providing support for organic LinkedIn management.
  • Overseeing content editing and feedback processes.

This role requires you to spearhead the global content marketing strategy in collaboration with multiple teams. You will engage closely with global teams such as Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand Design, and Strategic Communications to align with company priorities, execute regionally, and foster the growth of Auror's integrated media platform.

Content Marketing at Auror is about bringing our narrative to life through various formats and channels, including but not limited to: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, email newsletters, video storyboards, and podcasts.

As the Content Marketing Lead, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly transitioning between editing and writing, as well as strategy and project management. You will also support ad-style copywriting and possess a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals. Your ability to deliver exceptional work with minimal context will be crucial. As a steward of our brand narrative, you will ensure internal teams are informed and aligned while managing our agencies and freelancers. Additionally, you will lead a Content Producer based in Auckland.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to both people and performance.
  • Experience in scaling a content marketing function within a growing B2B technology organization.
  • Sound judgment in external communications based on your experience.
  • Proven ability to manage an editorial team handling high volume and variety.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and concepts such as StoryBrand, JTBD, Strategic Narrative, and Connected Strategy.
  • Proficiency in popular content management, customer relationship, and project management systems.
