Job Description
  • Strategic Operations Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the EVP, including managing day-to-day operations, preparing essential documents, and coordinating projects.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize departmental meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, and draft minutes and summaries for review.
  • Documentation and Data Preparation: Transcribe source material, prepare and proofread documents, reports, tables, and charts, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance Tracking: Maintain a schedule of deadlines for all regulatory filings and industry registrations.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Coordinate the gathering of quarterly reports and data, supporting senior management decisions and staff evaluations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong research, time management, and presentation skills.
    • High level of analytical ability.
    • Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Able to establish credibility and build trust with staff, customers, and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the creativity to leverage these tools for effective task management and presentation creation.
