Job Overview

We are looking for a Youth Development Coach to join our team of talented coaches and make a difference in the lives of children.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth athletics, physical education, and character development.

Responsibilities

  • Run, crawl, cheer, high-five, laugh, smile, and coach up kids
  • Teach science-based curriculum that focuses on Brain, Physical and Character Development
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches to create a fun and engaging environment
  • Provide support and guidance to kids as they learn and grow

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children or in a related field
  • Passion for youth athletics, physical education, and character development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
